Rods, bars, tubes & sheets
Polyurethane semi-finished
In addition to our comprehensive range of semi-finished parts (sheets, rods, tubes, spring components) customized moulding -with or without metal - are also part of our product range.
Mechanical rework such as water-jet cutting, milling, drilling, sawing, stamping or welding features a flexible potential from single part up to mass production.

Rods
Polyurethane rods are ideal for machining prototype and short run parts. Rods are available in diameters from 1/4” to 6”, and up to 48” long. Rods are commonly used for shock mounts, impact absorbers, and low frequency shock absorbers.
Bars
Polyurethane bars are machined from sheeting in both square and rectangular sizes. These bars are not sharp cornered and should not be used as squeegees. Typical applications are cutting bars and conveyor scrapers. Sizes available are from 3/8” x 3/8” to 3” x 3” and up to 48” long.
Tubes
Polyurethane tubes are used for a wide variety of wear and impact absorbing parts such as die strippers, knife backing rolls, and bumpers. Tubing is available in outside diameters from 3/4” to 6”, with inside diameters from 1/4” to 5”, and in lengths up to 48”.
Sheets
Polyurethane sheets are available in thicknesses from 1,5 mm to 127 mm. Centrifugally cast sheets are available from 1,5 mm to 12,7 mm thick and up to 500 x 1000 mm. Vertically molded
sheeting is available in thicknesses over 6 mm and sizes to 1000 x 1000 mm. Metal and fiber backed sheeting is also available. Polyurethane sheeting is ideal for wear resistant linings, seals, and scrapers.
